Revhound is an AI-powered sales outreach platform that helps businesses find prospects, generate personalized outreach messages, and manage email campaigns. We use artificial intelligence to automate prospect research and email copywriting.

Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Subscription and Billing

Pricing

Revhound offers multiple subscription tiers (Founder, Growth, Scale). Pricing is subject to change, but we will notify you 30 days in advance of any price increases.

Payment

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payment is processed by Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers who are not satisfied with the service.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send spam or unsolicited commercial messages
• Violate any applicable laws, including CAN-SPAM Act and GDPR
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code
• Collect personal information without consent
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

Email Sending and Compliance

When using Revhound to send outreach emails, you agree to:

• Comply with all applicable anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.)
• Only contact individuals who fit your defined target market
• Include accurate sender information in all emails
• Honor opt-out requests immediately
• Not purchase or use third-party email lists

You are solely responsible for the content of emails sent through the Service. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that receive spam complaints or violate email sending best practices.

Intellectual Property

Our IP

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Revhound and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create using the Service (campaigns, prospect lists, email copy). By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content solely to provide the Service.

AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI (prospect lists, email copy) is provided to you for your use. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before use.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revhound shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• AI-generated content will be accurate or achieve desired results
• Emails sent will be delivered or generate responses
• The Service will meet your specific requirements

Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and contacting us to request account deletion.

Changes to Terms
